Pi

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and us when you use Pi.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Who we are

Pi is provided by PSA Studio (operated by Paul Smith, a sole trader based in Ayrshire, Scotland). By using Pi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the service is

Pi is a product website. We improve it continually, so features may change over time. If we plan to remove something you rely on, we will tell you first.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Please keep your details accurate, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Using it responsibly

Please do not use Pi to break the law, to store other people’s data without a proper reason, or to attempt to disrupt the service for anyone else.

Your content

Whatever you put into Pi remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. You can ask for an export at any time.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to keep Pi available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. It is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Pi whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms, and we will explain why.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
